Description
A plastic, hand held set of flat tools for filleting and cleaning squid (calamari), each comprising a body with hand notches, a flat base and a V shaped notch and cutting edge. Facilitates removal of head, ink sac, tentacles, membranes and fins and enables the mantle to be inverted for thorough cleaning.
