Strong, lightweight aluminium Tramper Walking Poles by Denali have cork handles and spring-loaded shafts to resist shocks in rough terrain. Concave feet provide extra surface area in mud or snow. Adjustable at two points and with a detachable stopper, the poles telescope down to 68cm for transportation. Nylon wrist straps keep them securely attached so you can propel yourself up that big hill and feel stable and confident heading down the other side.
